       為研究MS密封膠膠筒扶正環(huán)厚度對(duì)MS密封膠膠筒密封性的影響，建立其他尺寸都相同、內(nèi)部扶正環(huán)厚度不同的封隔器MS密封膠膠筒模型，并施加相同的邊界條件及荷載，來研究不同厚度扶正環(huán)對(duì)MS密封膠膠筒密封性的影響，計(jì)算得到MS密封膠膠筒的變形情況及表面接觸應(yīng)力分布如圖10所示。

       可以看到:隨若MS密封膠膠筒扶正環(huán)厚度的減小MS密封膠膠筒兩邊的變形越來越不均勻，始出現(xiàn)一邊的變形墩遠(yuǎn)人于另一邊的情況。接觸泛力隨扶正環(huán)厚度變化曲線如圖11所可以肴出:MS密封膠膠筒的接觸仄力隨扶環(huán)的厚度增加明增加;但過厚的扶正環(huán)會(huì)使J七所在部位膠簡變御，使MS密封膠膠筒變形極不均勻，同時(shí)使MS密封膠膠筒容易損壞根據(jù)一述計(jì)算分析結(jié)論對(duì)MS密封膠膠筒結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;確定了址終尺寸。同時(shí)為驗(yàn)證封隔器MS密封膠膠筒的密封壓力能否達(dá)到7( MI'a對(duì)加1一的MS密封膠膠筒進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)方案試驗(yàn)MS密封膠膠筒幾裝結(jié)構(gòu)及裝如圖12一1所;:試驗(yàn)步驟為:

       1>將裝卜MS密封膠膠筒、扶正環(huán)和銅環(huán)的支撐體安裝到試驗(yàn)裝幾幾緊。

       2>將試驗(yàn)[裝左側(cè)的接頭連接液仄竹線加壓坐封MS密封膠膠筒滬。

       3)坐封后，將左側(cè)堵頭安今;列尖汗緊。

       4)將試驗(yàn)裝了側(cè)或中部的接頭連接液從價(jià)線，加壓驗(yàn)封MS密封膠膠筒。

       1)第1次MS密封膠膠筒試驗(yàn):裝好封隔器后放人公管。連接試壓管線進(jìn)行坐封。坐封力為周整管線驗(yàn)封，驗(yàn)封至73 S MP。無泄漏，滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。

       2>第2次MS密封膠膠筒試驗(yàn):裝好封隔器后放人套管，連接試壓管線進(jìn)行坐封，坐封力為81 kN，調(diào)整管線驗(yàn)封，驗(yàn)封至r17 MPa，無泄漏，滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求

       不同坐封壓力卜MS密封膠膠筒密封表1所示可以看出:在的坐封仄力下試驗(yàn)得到的密,得的密封力本一致略有偏差。http://194tt.com/
